Upstate Systems, Inc. Named the 2008 Source 1 Northern Region Distributor of the Year
Rochester, NY, July 30, 2009 - Source 1
HVAC Parts, a division of York/Johnson Controls, has named Upstate Systems, Inc. the Distributor of the Year for the Northern Region. This is Source 1’s top award dubbed the “Golden Sparky Award” given to a distributor for it’s superior performance in the region. This is the third time that Upstate has been given the honor. The distributor was given the inaugural award in 2002 and repeated in 2003.
Frank Kern, Director of Source 1, and Art Eberly, Regional Sales Manager for Source 1 presented Upstate Systems with the Golden Sparky trophy yesterday during a special ceremony that included all of Upstate’s employees. Sparky is the mascot for Source 1 and he is very visible in all of Upstate’s parts stores. “This is a special honor to all of us here at Upstate,” stated Rob Ambrosetti, Director of Aftermarket Sales for Upstate. “The recognition is encouraging to us and makes us feel that our team is doing the right thing for our customers.” Rob gives much of the credit for the award to his counter team and the “customer service centered” attitude his company embraces from top to bottom. “Everyone here is on the same page as far as customer service goes; the customer has to hang up the phone or walk way feeling like he or she has been helped.” Upstate Systems, Inc. is a distributor of premier HVAC equipment and supplies including York and Coleman Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. They are headquartered in Rochester, NY and have branches in Buffalo and Syracuse. The privately owned company has been in business since 1984. The parts stores at Upstate serve NewYork State, Northern Pennsylvania and all of New England.

2007 Upstate Systems Incentive Trip - Cancun, Mexico
Upstate Systems would like to thank all who participated in our 2007 Dealer Incentive Trip to Cancun,
Mexico. We had great weather, outstanding accomodations and best of all...great fun! An added bonus
was a week away from a foot of snow!
There was much to do...boat rides, snorkeling, shopping, water sports and a trip to the Mayan Ruins.
Many took time to relax on the beach or cool off in the pool. The beachfront resort allowed for all guests
to have ocean view rooms. Out travel agent, Becky Veith, did an outstanding job helping us host the trip
and make everyone comfortable.
We look forward to seeing you on our next adventure...will be making an announcement sometime in
the first quater of 2008.
Thank you for your continued support!
